Packing
All orders will be packed to SUPLEMENTSITY specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size/quantity. Orders will be packed in unmarked boxes.
Cold Packs
Cold Packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. SUPLEMENTSITY will not accept returns on melted products. A $9.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting cold packs.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from SUPLEMETSITY. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the item within 45 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
Please email us at info@suplementsity.com with the following information to get a Return Authorization number (RA #):
When we receive the above mentioned four items, we will issue RA #. Such RA # will be provided within 2 business days. It is required that you mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA #.
PLEASE NOTE:
Packages without RA #’s clearly marked on packages will be refused.
All returns must be mailed within 30 days from when you receive RA #.
You are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned. Shipping charges incurred for returns cannot be refunded.
In the event of missing products, you must contact us at info@suplemetsity.com within 24 hours.
No cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be accepted.
Returned products must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition. No returns on any open products. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.
No Cash refunds given on returns.
Your refund will be credited back to the account it was originally charged within business days after the product has been received.
SUPLEMENTSITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCT.

Exchange
We currently don’t offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds.
Damages
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. However, SUPLEMENTSITY is not responsible for damages due to elements out of our control, such as melted bars (see Cold Packs). We will not ship drinks in glass containers. You must contact SUPLEMENTSITY at info@suplemetnsity.com regarding damages within 24 hours of delivery.
Out-of-Stock Product Policy
Inventory availability in not guaranteed. You will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon your approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse.
Shipping Policy
Items can be shipped to all 50 stated within the United States (excluding APO/FPO military addresses) and internationally.
Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculated this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
Orders placed on holidays and weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates will be based upon on the weight of the product and delivery destination. Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout. All shipping charges will be calculated by SUPLEMENTSITY and added to the order. Any address changes, cancellations or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a $10.00 charge. All orders returned to SUPLEMENTSITY due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
The email will include tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting the website of the specified carrier: USPS or FedEx.
Ordering
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
SUPLEMENTSITY is unable to make any changes to or cancel orders after they have been submitted.
Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.
*All sales will appear as AllGood Fit or SUPLEMENTSITY on the billing statement.
